Refund Policy:
We understand plans change and there will be occasions when you must cancel your reservation. We maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for food and other vendors. Refunds will be made if a written request is received three business days prior to the event at advancela@thehelpgroup.org. Advance LA reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If Advance LA refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Filming & Photo Release:
Advance LA may record and photograph guests and participants at events. By attending this event, you agree to give Advance LA irrevocable permission to use your name, likeness, mannerisms and voice for any purpose without compensation and/or credit. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify an Advance LA staff member prior to the event. Thank you for your cooperation.
