In this upcoming talk, I'll guide you through the methods we use at Grab for map creation, emphasising our use of distributed technologies. Our focus will be on the calculation of map attributes that originate exclusively from geometric data, but we'll also discuss our use of Spark in achieving these objectives, challenges and lessons learned.
