Monday Marketing Brew is a private, closed-door community for marketing and creative professionals in Cluj-Napoca.
Access is by invitation only, to protect the quality of conversations, the trust between members, and the relevance of every single meeting.
We meet once a month, on Monday mornings, from 08:30 to 09:30, over good coffee. The format is short, focused, and high-value. Topics and dates are set in advance at the beginning of the year, offering clarity, structure, and continuity for everyone involved.
We care about the projects that excite us, but also about the decisions behind them, the trade-offs, the experiments, and the lessons that can inspire others.
Why?
Because real growth doesn’t happen from polished, portfolio-ready work. It happens through honest conversations about messy processes, tough decisions, doubts, and learnings. We believe marketing professionals grow faster when they step outside their bubble and learn from each other’s real, unfiltered work.
