Soul Healing Meditation Course

The Soul Healing Meditation course is divided into two:
- Freedom from anger - 4 introduction sessions
- Overcoming dependency - 4 intermediate sessions
The aim of the course is to help students develop new spiritual practices based on the awareness of the true self. Students go through the course gradually with increasing depths of how to free themselves from negative habits. The course is experiential and offers tools to apply what they learn in their practical life. Each session includes meditation experience. Our facilitators are Maggie Parle and Ioana Goga.
