CMU Shark Tank

CMU Shark Tank is a platform where budding CMU entrepreneurs get an opportunity to pitch their startup in a live & virtual event to experienced investor and CMU graduate, Ivan Kirgin. They'll be getting real time feedback and advice from Ivan, who has a long career spanning several industries. They will also get to showcase their business to the entire CMU community, receive time at the end of the event to talk to the audience directly, and will also be featured on our weekly newsletter.
The event will also be recorded but any material not suitable for public release will be redacted.

The general format for each participant pitching their startup will be:

1. Pitch/Document review (~5 mins) During the pitch review where Ivan will independently review your submitted materials and give live feedback.
2. Feedback/Conversation (~7 mins) In this section, you can respond to feedback you've received and have a back and forth with Ivan
3. Debrief (~3 mins)
