If you’re new, here is a bit of what our talk is about: Whether you’re looking to
-
buy your first home to start climbing the home equity ladder;
-
Create a space for an intentional living community;
-
split the cost of a vacation home;
-
Invest in rental properties with colleagues;
-
create intergenerational living to support aging family members,
…this meetup is for you. In-person meetups start with an hour talk by a Seattle real estate broker and a mortgage lender, going over the basics of successfully navigating the co-buying process, housing configurations to consider, and resources to tap into. Then we open up to a Q&A and open discussion on strategies and experiences.
We will also have online meetups in between the in-person ones. Each meetup will start with an expert on a topic (financing, co-ownership agreements, etc), with the second half open to questions and discussions.
