Discuss software development

Slight change this month, I'm out of town for the 1st Wednesday so I've moved it to the second Wednesday for March. As I mentioned in the last meeting, I'll go over my experience with Microsoft's Azure in getting our new project up and running on the service. Following that we can have a general discussion and meetup.
