Coaches Connect is where coaching, counselling, and therapy meet it is a peer support and group supervision session commonly over a shared meal, but also in other ways. The process is designed to be relaxed and social, empowering participants to establish strong repour with one another…
Working from a philosophical inquiry model we encourage support integrative practice of the disciplines of coaching, counseling, and therapy. Each session features a coaching-relevant presentation and to help focus table conversation each participant is given a series of question pointers that they are challenged to use as a means to both focus the dialogue as well as expand our dialogue framework.
Although business cards are encouraged this is about development over networking, so no one is allowed to exchange cards until the session ends!

On 26 August, the Association for Coaching APAC Corporate Leader – Coach Forum will bring together leaders interested in strengthening the way coaching shows up in everyday workplace conversations.
Facilitated by Simon Lee, this interactive 90-minute session explores some of the very real challenges leaders face when trying to coach while also managing performance, navigating change and keeping people engaged.
The focus will be practical and solution-focused: how we move conversations away from repeatedly analysing what is wrong and towards identifying resources, possibilities and useful next steps.For anyone interested in the leader-as-coach space, this feels like a worthwhile conversation — particularly because coaching as a leader is not simply about learning a few coaching techniques. It is about changing the quality of the conversations we have with the people we lead.
