Welcome to the Owner's Manual for the Mind Free IN-PERSON Workshop!
In this class we will be exploring 'The Owner's Manual for the Mind' and how you can optimize yourself to become more in control, more effective as a communicator, and a more effective leader.

In this free in-person workshop we will:

• Experience tools to become a more effective communicator, parent, leader, coach/people helper, take your self and your life to the next level.
• More deeply understand the structure of emotions, habits, and perception so we can run our own minds vs. our minds running us.
• Explore NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and how it can improve your results personally and professionally just like it has for the hundreds of thousands of other practitioners worldwide.
• And as a bonus of course you will connect with like minded people in an event structured for learning, connecting and growing.

As with all of my workshops and practice groups prepare to get hands on experience. We will focus on EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING that you will be able to immediately implement and bring with you into your daily life.
