What we’re about
We are a local group to Orange County of real estate investors, wholesalers, flippers and more. We are looking to gather and discuss current deals, asset management, property management, contract work, and anything in regards to doing more deals and doing them better. We strongly believe that despite living in California where the laws favor the tenants and the cap rates are low, there is still good money to be made and investors don't need to send their money to other parts of the country to get strong returns.
