Coastal Women of a Certain Vintage

Welcome!  This is a group for women 55+ ... If you're looking to make new friends, find women to share activities you love, introduce us to new ones, or discover new things with us, this is for you. We're open to all kinds of activities -- dinner, brunch, movies, bunco, chat nights, book club, wine tasting, game nights, golf, art festivals, day trips, Broadway shows, museum visits, walks, hikes (there's a difference!) -- pretty much anything! Anyone who wants to can host an activity, always very appreciated! If there is something you would like to do or some place you'd like to go, please please suggest it.

Note: If you're a Meetup+ member, I'm sure you're aware that your Meetup+ status gives you priority on waitlists. This does not apply in our group. We are creating a group of friends, not just a group of events, and our members have indicated they don't want to "cut the line" ahead of their friends. As such, members are always let in in the order in which they RSVP, regardless of plus status. If I notice you've jumped the line (through no fault of your own - it's automatic if you're a Meetup+ member), I will move you back to the waitlist to allow the first waitlisted person in. This could occur multiple times if you're way down on the waitlist. Confusing but I've no other way around it, sorry.

We do require a photo of you on your Meetup profile so we can look for you when we're getting together. Please do not attend an event if you have any symptoms of illness. Thank you!
