Rock for Choice Abortion Access Fundraiser

This SATURDAY, May 10, Molly & Destiny have organized an abortion benefit show called Rock For Choice (Abortion), circa the 90s R4C series! It will be at Studio B (1609 Agnes St) 9 pm-1 am, $5 entry and is a 18+/21+ byob venue. 100% of funds (after gas for bands coming out of town and merch supplies) will be donated to South Texans for Reproductive Justice to support south TX access - travel out of state, practical support and parenting supplies, etc.

We have local Vinyl DJ Lovespins opening for us 9-10 PM with a 90s punk rock set, which is also when live screen printing is happening outside at our merch fundraising table! At 10 PM we have a band called Middle Mass (stx) to go on, 11 PM Whisk (atx), and 12 AM Corpus’s own Piso Mojado. It’s a fem fronted line up of punk-based but genre fluid music, and we are very grateful for their shared support for South Texas abortion access. We also have som community orgs joining us (The Free Store - Corpus Christi, Islander Feminists, and more), local artists vending, a free photobooth 9-10, and more. This show is very DIY, very low budget, very alt/queer and all are welcome to help us fundraise together. 🖤
