Coastal nature connection meet ups for ALL.

Get out into nature to enjoy the benefits of nature connection. Nature connection improves mental and physical health. Connecting with 'blue' spaces (rivers, lakes and oceans) is known to reduce anxiety whilst promoting physical health, enhancing cognitive restoration and improving wellbeing.

Cold water has been scientifically proven to improve wellbeing, reduce symtpoms of depression and fatigue.
