Wildswimming and Wildlife Walk
Details
Come along for an evening beach stroll to learn about coastal wildlife and join in for a group dip.
Cold water has been scientifically proven to improve wellbeing, reduce symtpoms of depression and fatigue.
This event is all about beint outside, meeting new people and feeling great.
Bring a cosy coat, some easy slip on shoes and something to protect your feet if you wish, e.g. waterproof socks or reefboots... A hot thermos of tea would also be lovely after the swim..
Please note that we will not be swimming very far out, but will stay in standing depth. You must be a fairly confident swimmer for this event.
Everyone swims at their own risk.
If you would like to ride share, get in touch to organise. This will save people having to pay entrance to the car park.

Please note - parking is £16 pounds if you pay on the day and £12 if you pay one day in advance..
