I HATE these things so bad, I NEVER bought one- almost did 29 yrs ago though- couldn't make myself... Do the NUMBERS on the HUD statement-- make you SICK TOO? I think SATAN created these things to punish us. lol You Buy a 200,000 House and Pay $600,000 so 400k in INTEREST. And it is not even Deductible anymore for 95% of Americans.
