Distance: 10.5 km | ~2.5 hrs | Moderate pace

Join us for a morning hike along the Bow River Loop in Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park — a beautiful trail with views of the river, prairie, and Cochrane. It’s a great way to start the day: fresh air, movement, and real connection with other men.
This group is about more than just hiking — it’s about showing up, building community, and taking a break from the noise of everyday life. We keep it casual and welcoming, and this is a sober space where presence and good energy matter more than performance.

Parking:
We’ll meet at the main Glenbow Ranch parking lot and start the loop together.

What to Bring:

• Water
• Layers for the weather
• Comfortable shoes (or barefoot if that’s your thing)
• Open mind, good attitude

• We’ll step off at 9:00 AM sharp
• This is a sober event
• All fitness levels welcome
