What we’re about
Welcome to our group.
Our group will cover walks mainly in East Lothian, Midlothian, Scottish Borders and Edinburgh. The walks will range between 4 to 7 miles. They will be at a laid back, comfortable pace. Time to stop off for a refreshment break and take the odd photo.
There will also be dining out, cinema, museums, day trips and the occasional small break away.
There will be no fixed fee, however a small donation to cover the Meet-up platform would be much appreciated.
As our group is limited to 50 members due to costs, it is unlikely there will be waiting lists for walks unless stated. Eating out will be booked in advance, so it will be on a first come, first serve basis.
*Any walks/events is entirely at your own risk. We have no public liability insurance.
We will try to accommodate walks as much as possible for non-drivers.
However there will be walks/events where a vehicle will be required. I'll make these a plus one if you'd like to bring a friend to bring you along.
Unfortunately I don't do bus times. I'm not great at reading bus time tables.
