Why on earth would a user interface or a user experience be hostile? Are they not crucial to keep users and keep them satisfied? — Yes of course! But not if you want your users to execute actions that you want to see instead of a user’s expected outcome.
At this meetup we will look at frustration in user journeys, well-executed and intentionally hostile. There is always room for improvement to make when designing and evaluating user interfaces and user experience journeys but this meetup will look into patterns and behaviors that are intentionally hostile.
We use digital parakey locks (our product) at our office, write you email in the google form and we will give you access to enter on the day of the event.
