# Talk details
⚡️What is this?
This is a lightning talk. A lightning talk is a 5 - 15 min talk where the presenter will usually focus on something specific to the audience. In some cases there is a little room for questions at the end.
1️⃣ 6 Weeks. One Person. No Handwritten Code.
What changes when implementation speed is no longer the limiting factor? This talk explores that question through a real end-to-end app journey built under normal life constraints, not a staged demo. Expect a practical discussion about role shifts for iOS developers: what skills become more valuable, what assumptions break, and how to adapt without abandoning engineering rigor.
2️⃣ Gleb - Smoothing your applications UI in 5 minutes!
A fast-paced lightning talk covering practical SwiftUI performance tips you can apply today. We'll go through the four most common sources of UI jank — view recomputation, expensive drawing, slow scrolling, and unprotected taps — and look at concrete before/after code fixes for each
3️⃣ Jackson Mafra - Hummingbird.
Swift is not just for apps anymore.
This lightning talk introduces Hummingbird, a lightweight server framework built on SwiftNIO. We’ll cover the basics of SwiftNIO, how Hummingbird is structured, and how it compares to Vapor, Node.js, and Ktor.
Real code. Clear architecture. Practical comparisons.
4️⃣ Abhishek - NextGen Figma to Code pipeline
Abhishek presents how they built their own custom Figma-to-code pipeline to bridge design and production.
A short dive into the architecture, tooling, and lessons learned from creating a scalable, production-ready workflow

Please note that there will be 80 spots for the taking.
As always if you have a talk you want to do contact Martin Andonoski or Paul Peelen on Slack we can work something out.
