Objective. Bring your Customer Success knowledge and challenges to the screen. Whether you have a current challenge or you are willing to help a colleague solve theirs, it is an hour well spent.

Format. For the first 10 minutes, everyone briefly shares their responsibility, tech stack, and the question they would like the group to discuss. If the group is larger than six people, we break out into two groups. The small groups address one question at a time, listen, ask questions to promote problem-solving, offer actionable solutions, share experience, etc. In the end, we reconvene as a group to share insights gained or lingering unanswered questions for offline discussion.

Please note: 1) If you can't make it, please let the organizers know in advance. This helps us keep introductions efficient and limited to the first 10 minutes.
2) In the meeting, we agree to share evenly, be encouraging, selflessly help others, and keep everything confidential.
