November Hack Night with Mitchell Henke

Come to Code for Milwaukee's Hack Night! Hack nights are a great way for anyone (technical or non-technical) to come together and work on solving problems affecting our local community. Whether you are coding, designing, strategizing, or something else you are welcome to attend and collaborate!

Mitchell Henke is a software architect at the RokkinCat and one of the co-founders of Code for Milwaukee. His efforts involve using software and data analytics to better understand issues around transportation, land use, and public safety. His presentation will discuss his project showing how bus schedule speeds vary throughout the day (https://civics.mitchellhenke.com/transit), and how we can use that understanding to build a better bus system.

Bus Routes:
Bus routes 80, 57, 19, and 33 have stops within 1/3 of a mile of the venue.

Parking:
Parking is free in the lot adjoining the building. Please be mindful as to not park in spaces marked for MATC, however you may park in spots labeled "Reserved for Layer One Media" or other unlabeled spots in the lot.

Please fill up the spots marked "Layer One Media" (closest to the building) before moving to further rows.
