Consider joining Code for Nashville virtually for Code for America's National Day of Civic Hacking (NDoCH) on September 12, 2020. We’ll be working on projects to improve the Social Safety Net in our community, including coordinating free and safe deliveries of food and other goods during the COVID-19 pandemic and economic crisis. If you’re interested in participating, please RSVP to this MeetUp event. Here's the agenda:

10am-11am CT: Kick-Off Event hosted by Code for Nashville
Local kick-off event hosted by Code for Nashville providing a brief overview of local projects. Join us via the Jitsi link associated with this MeetUp

11am-12pm CT: Kick-Off Event hosted by Code for America
Main kick-off event hosted by Code for America featuring panelists and a conversation about the Social Safety Net and how we might respond to COVID-19. Meeting info will be announced by Code for America closer to 9/12/20, and we will distribute this info during our local kick off at 10am

11am-12pm CT: Suggested Lunch Break
Please bring a lunch to the Code for America Kick-off event (described above)

12pm-1pm CT: Focused Breakout Groups with Code for America
Zoom breakout rooms by action item to ideate and share resources/ best practices for the 3 main foci for NDoCH 2020: 1) design audit, 2) asset maps, 3) problem statements for COVID-19. Zoom info TBA by Code for America during their Kick-off Event from 11am-12pm

12pm-3pm CT: NDoCH Project Work Time with Code for Nashville
