New Community Project Launch

Code PDX is beginning a new collaboration with CLEAR Clinic (clear-clinic.org) and other legal providers in Portland. The goal is to build an AI chatbot that will help renters facing eviction or other housing issues to navigate the eviction legal defense process, and direct them to community resources. This is based on a similar product deployed in Chicago: rentervention.com.

This is a brand new project and we're looking for contributors! This will require AI design and implementation to build and tune the chatbot, and we'll also benefit from UX expertise to design a user-friendly app. There will also be some need for full stack engineers.

At the first meetup for this project, our community partner will give the project pitch and we can start to put together an early roadmap for an MVP.
