National Day of Civic Hacking, which brings together civic leaders, public servants, designers, coders, and engaged citizens to partner with local government and community groups to tackle some of our toughest challenges.

This year, Code for Syracuse, Code for Buffalo, and BetaNYC will come together to host a day of collective action to help those most in need of social safety net services during COVID-19.

We will start the day with a Code for America virtual kickoff event for 2020 NDoCH with keynote speakers and/or a panel discussion on access to social safety net services. Then, we join breakout rooms with leaders and members of New York State-based brigades to work on activities aimed to identify gaps in the current delivery of Social Safety Net services.
