Join us for our monthly night of Civic Hacking!

Code for Syracuse is a group of technologists with a simple purpose, work together on things that matter. We are partnering with local non-profits and local governments build a better Syracuse for everyone. That means we need everyone: community leaders and coders, subject-matter experts and project managers, activists and designers, public servants and curious residents.

We typically meet in person, but have been meeting over Zoom during the COVID pandemic. Register to receive the Zoom link.

Meeting Agenda:

  • Event starts at 6:00 PM
  • Informal introductions
  • 6:00pm to 6:30pm: Talk from members of the City of Syracuse Innovation Team (iTeam)
  • 6:30pm to 7:30pm: National Day of Civic Hacking Overview and continue Challenge A: Design Audit for NYS Unemployment App
  • Wrap up at 7:30 PM
