Bio: I like creating things. Having done electronic engineering, industrial control systems, and lots of web hosting, these days I build mostly web-based software for takealot.com and juizi.com, but also do electronics and maker projects as a hobby.

Speaker: Richard Craig

We challenge the idea that Multi-Factor Authentication is a security silver bullet — because attackers have already found the gaps. We'll unpack how MFA gets bypassed in the wild, why phishing-resistant MFA is worth your attention, and how layering risk signals into your auth flow can meaningfully strengthen your defences.

Bio: Started in IT when I was 14 years old fixing peoples computers. I enjoy solving difficult technical problems. I've worked in the Identity and Access Management space for about 20 years helping companies ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.
