team "Code Red" is having a walk-on tryout/practice this Wednesday night and Thursday night at 6:30pm for adult Women athletes interested in playing womens flag football!
""NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED AND NO ONE GETS CUT!!!""
Regardless of experience every one makes the team!
So if u are inexperienced its no problem! You will be coached and taught properly how to play this game in just a few practices and have u ready to compete by the 1st game which starts in September!

Heres what to bring and wear:

-Wear clothing in all-black or Red n Black colors
-Bring enough water for self. Typically 32 oz is sufficient
-If u have cleats please bring them. If not, then any pair of running shoes will do for now.
-Bring a small hand towel if you like
