code4lib Toronto is a regional chapter of the code4lib community (https://code4lib.org/). We are bringing together library, museums, and archives people interested in code and technology (and vice-versa).
We host regular meetups to informally discuss issues and share approaches, techniques, and code across institutional and project divides. We also run hands-on workshops to learn new tools and techniques. If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please get in touch with the organisers!
Solr, Fedora, Blacklight, Samvera, Hydra, Cantaloupe, Islandora, AtoM... the wide array of technologies that are behind library and archive applications can be confusing. We'll try to make sense of it all.
More details forthcoming.
