Please join us for our next Code4Y’all The Woodlands Tacos & Code on August 19th at 7 pm! 🌮💻

In this interactive session, Henry Ly, founder of [LearnAIAnywhere.org](https://learnaianywhere.org/), will share parts of the organization’s Introduction to Artificial Intelligence curriculum. This curriculum has been used in classrooms and community spaces around the world, including in Kenya, Uganda, and Colombia, to make AI education accessible even in places with limited internet or technology.

Key highlights:

  • This session will help participants understand what AI is, how it works, and how it shows up in everyday life.
  • Participants will collect their own data and train a simple image classification model that runs locally on your device.
  • There will be a brief look at the code behind the app using TensorFlow.js.

This session is beginner-friendly and welcoming to nontechnical participants. Whether you are new to the field or just curious about how AI can be taught in low-tech environments, this session is for you. Make sure to bring a phone so you can take part in the activities.

You won’t want to miss this discussion, so don’t forget to RSVP!
