    Codeaholics July Meetup

Network Guard Limited Office, 5101-05, 51/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, CN

Welcome back to Codeaholics in July!
This time we have brought 2 interesting talks.

Talk 1: Sending a Fleet of Agents to Contribute to hkbus.app Isn’t an Easy Task
    Speaker: Evan Chan

Over three weeks, a fleet of overnight agents sent pull requests to hkbus.app — the open-source bus app many people in this room already have on their phones — fixing a sort that pointed the map the wrong way, a debug line quietly logging every user’s location to the console, and a route-drawing engine that got merged, then reverted eleven hours later for reasons that were never written down on GitHub. This talk walks through what happens when you stop pointing agents at your own toy projects and start pointing them at software real people use every morning. Along the way: why four out of five of my unmerged pull requests, here and everywhere else I contribute, were closed by me and not by a maintainer — and why that turned out to be the whole skill.

Talk 2: Kurrent Capacitor: YouTube for your team's coding agent sessions
    Speaker: Stephen Tung, Kurrent.io

Is Claude Code making the same mistakes over and over again? Sick of keeping CLAUDE.md up to date and hoping it'll remember next time? Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it — the best way to teach your coding agents is to review what happened in the first place.

Capacitor is like YouTube for coding agent sessions: it captures every conversation and indexes it so you can instantly recall the things that matter. Better still, it works like a teacher, spotting recurring mistakes and suggesting tips you can inject right into your agents.

Join us to learn how Capacitor helps your team and coding agents stop repeating the same mistakes and ship faster instead.
