Discussion: SCOTUS & Section 230

Hi Everyone!

Sorry for the hiatus!

You probably saw the news this week that SCOTUS is going to take up two cases related to Section 230 of the Communication Decency Act (a policy we have discussed many times in this book club). These cases have the potential to reshape the internet as we know it, so let’s discuss. Non-lawyers encouraged to attend.
