The Role of Data & AI in Modern Marketing
In the first part of the talk, I’ll share practical tips and lessons learned from engineering a modern data model to power a next‑generation CRM platform, Braze. In the second part, I’ll explore real data science and AI applications in marketing, from marketing mix modelling to propensity and uplift modelling, and why they matter for delivering smarter, more effective customer experiences.
