The Rule of Three: AI, Ethics, SF and Pope Leo XIV
Our view of AI varies from HAL to Skynet to something that can't count the number of Rs in "strawberry" or can be detected by it's use of m-dashes and the rule of three. Perhaps we should think more seriously about what Science Fiction is trying to say, why ethics matters and whether more might agree with the Pope than they expect.
*Can attendees please avoid arriving before 7pm as myself and the speakers need time to set up beforehand. If you do you will be asked to wait outside.
