We will quickly cover some of the diverse claims that have been made, illustrating their obvious incompatibilities. We will then frame design processes and design artifacts with a simple overarching definition that starts make sense of the cacophony. And then we will move onto some effective and neat ideas that are free from snake-oil that you can try out in your own projects.
