Decodering: The Chucl language

Jack will talk about the early days of his language; Chucl. Inspired by Tcl and Lisp, Chucl trades ergonomics for homoiconicity and metaprogramming consistency with it's primary motivation being to glue other software together.

This talk will cover the language, it's ideology, and significant moments of developing the interpreter.
