Decodering: Why did it have to be snakes?

Last Decodering I talked about asking Claude to review its code, and it reviewing its code review instead – turning up two security issues on the way. Someone asked whether I'd do a live demo of grafting the framework onto an existing repository. The challenge has been accepted, the repo selected and the slot booked.

The victim is pylab-snake: a Snake game I wrote for a Python workshop, with no README, no CI, no licence, and a stray .replit file giving away where it was born. I'll graft Graftwork's foundation onto it live and we'll find out together how well that goes.
