#3 Meetup: “A Scrum Book” | Scrum in-depth that you never knew before

“A Scrum Book” The Spirit of the Game!

For the past several months, local groups all over the world have been meeting to review and discuss patterns from the landmark book, “A Scrum Book.” We are happy to announce the first such event in Greece, with one of the goals being to find someone local to keep these going during the coming months. Even if this ends up being a one-off event, it will be an opportunity to learn parts of Scrum in-depth that you never knew before.

We will discuss two or three patterns of the audience’s choosing: come prepared with a suggestion for a pattern to discuss. The book’s Product Owner, Jim “Cope” Coplien, will give a bit of insight into the subtler and lesser-known aspects of the selected patterns and then we will discuss each one in detail. Attendees should expect to end the night with new ideas on how to improve their Scrum implementation.
