So here's my suggestion since we're on different playing levels... I'm currently unable to code anything without a.) a massive amount of time, b.) lots of help. Maybe my goal can be to break the project up into sections (maybe drawing a map), and you all could give me suggestions since you're aware of how one piece of code will work with another. From that point I can try to write each small section (instead of just trying to write the whole thing which is completely overwhelming) and you guys can maybe help me with getting the sections of code to communicate with one another (pardon lack of proper terminology).

TL;DR - I was pretty clueless tonight, and I'd like watered down projects for us noobies

Krystal, I'd be happy to work together. However, I don't know what "build maps" are.

hmm well it's basically like a road map to how you will create your code (aka an outline). when you draw it out it makes it easier to focus on how each part of the code works individually before its implemented into the larger code. (hey guys if im explaining this wrong please help haha)

Going to have to bow out again this month, too. 7PM is notoriously bad with a two year old. :)

Also won't be around for the next couple meetups because of travel for work.

Usually have off on Thursdays. If I'm off, I'm def down to attend… esp since snow won't be an excuse by then (I hope… or I will cry… seriously, this weather needs to cut it out).
