June Coders, Creatives, and Craft Beer!

Hey, crafty coders and creatives! We got a bit too busy in May to have a meetup, so we’re really itching to have another gathering of techies and tech-adjacent creatives. It’s happening on Wednesday, June 7th at 6:00 p.m. at The Corner Club!

Between work, conferences, and life in general, 2023’s been busy for us. How has it been for you? What are your plans? Are you looking for work, looking for new work, or planning to stay where you are? Are you looking to add to your skill set? We have stories about recent and upcoming conferences and what we’re working on, and we’ll bet you do, too. Join us on Wednesday, June 7th, come chat, network, share ideas, and plot schemes!

The Corner Club is one of Seminole Heights’ many hidden gems. They’re a neighborhood café with lots of great food prepared from scratch (we recommend the handpies and the papas bravas potatoes), an interesting drinks selection — with and without alcohol, including some really good coffee — and even local artists’ works on the wall for sale. They’ve got a great outdoor space in the back, which is where we’ll be.

Coders, Creatives, and Craft Beer is just what it says on the label: a new regular gathering of coders and creatives over craft beer! As we like to say, we’re “No presentation, just conversations!” We’re also pretty flexible on the definition of “creative”, and it doesn’t matter if you express your creativity in the form of programs, prose, poetry, paint, pitch-bends, processor chips, or project management — this is the meetup for you!

Come to meet people, talk shop, share ideas, support a local business, and enjoy some beverages (with or without alcohol) and food! We’d love to see you there!
