Shira's experience working in digital communication, arts marketing, political advocacy and policy strategy, and human-centered design helps PROMO optimally reach our diverse LGBTQ+ community across the state of Missouri in equitable ways to win comprehensive equalities. -
Jay-Marie Hill (Trans Justice Organizer @ ACLU of Missouri; Lead Dreamer @ Music Freedom Dreams, LLC)
Jay-Marie is a Black, Boricua, Gender-Free Artist and Educator. They founded and run Music Freedom Dreams (www.musicfreedomdreams.com) to honor the overlapping realities of Black Trans folks and Black women with projects that stir the soul; most recently their public efforts include the national Black Trans Bike Experience and the Sweet And Fund (https://www.sweetand.fund/), a statewide Mutual Aid effort for Trans, Queer, n Black Missourians. Jay-Marie also holds the post of statewide Trans Justice Organizer at the ACLU of Missouri (https://www.aclu-mo.org/). -
Sayer Johnson (Executive Director @ Metro Trans Umbrella Group)
Sayer is a co founder and executive director of the Metro Trans Umbrella Group (www.stlmetrotrans.org) a lifelong organizer he has dedicated this part of his life working to build power for transgender adults. -
James Lesch (Development Director @ Vivent Health)
James is the Director of Development for Vivent Health (viventhealth.org), which has been at the forefront of the fight against HIV since the earliest days of the epidemic, providing wrap-around services for people living with and at-risk for contracting HIV/AIDS. -

In his role, Randy has reshaped the organization from being a moment of the year, only producing its Annual Black Pride Weekend event, to launching a movement focused on empowering, uplifting and motivating people of color in the LGBTQIA/SGL & advocating for diversity in STL.
