Knowing languages, frameworks and algorithms is only the tip of the iceberg. In this talk, Fran, a UI developer at Adaptive, shares eight lessons from her own path into tech: how to understand the problem behind a ticket, work well with the people around you, and build the mindset that keeps you growing. This talk will come with lessons, personal stories, and practical takeaways.
