Please join Jake Kitchener in a discussion on Kubernetes and application availability based on his work from his recent publication, "Hybrid Cloud Apps with OpenShift and Kubernetes". Jake will provide details on the fundamentals of system availability and how to determine what the right availability targets are for your applications and services. He will also cover many of the less frequently discussed failure modes that you might encounter in production with Kubernetes and OpenShift. All of this information is based on real world production experience with microservices and stateful applications running on Kubernetes in a global cloud service.
