We have a fantastic mini-workshop this month.

It's called Visualising Data for the Web.

Rudi O’Reilly Meehan (Data&Design) creates interactive data visualisations using code.

6 months into starting his own data visualisation business, he was set to pull the plug on the whole thing due to the nightmare that is creating visualisations using D3.JS.

Over a Christmas holiday, he desperately looked at what others were doing in this space. He followed a star that led him to Svelte.

D3.JS is an insanely complicated visualisation language. Svelte is a component-based front-end framework. Together, they let us create simple but stunning visualisations for the modern web.

In this workshop, Rudi will chat through what makes Svelte + D3 such a great combination, some recent projects and make a simple visualisation together.
