Sunset yoga

🧘🏽‍♀️Each Monday in Torremolinos (Carihuela beach) we meet to experience a sunset 🌅 yoga class at this spot:

📍We meet at the green palm area next to Club Remo restaurant (Plaza remo)

🌞 The class starts in the evening at
🌅18-19h with the sunset

🌸Including initial breathing exercise followed with asanas, combining hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga elements, ending with guided mediation and mini sound bath.🥣

🤍The class is focused on improving health in a holistic way and turn the focus inwards to find deep state of relaxation.
