✨I have recently moved to Malagueta beach so I have also moved my yoga classes here.☺️🫶🏼 🧘🏽

🌅Feel free to join me for these Sunrise & Sunset Yoga Classes at the Malagueta beach.🏝️🧘‍♀️

🌿The location at Malagueta is in front of El Merendero Antonio Martin restaurante, in the little island of palms (oasis). Just behind the big Malagueta sign (Las letras de Malagueta).

✨Experience the perfect balance of mind, body, and soul with a flow I have created, combining Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga elements, designed for all levels (all levels are welcome). Each class includes:
✨ Aromatherapy
✨ Asanas (yoga postures)
✨ Pranayama (breathing techniques)
✨ Guided meditation
✨ A soothing mini sound bath at the end to bring you deep relaxation

Class Schedule:
🌞 Sunrise Classes: every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 8:30 AM
🌅 Sunset Classes: every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday at 5:30 PM

Pricing:
🌸 First class (TRY OUT): 10€
🌸 Next classes: 15€
🌸 Bring a friend: Pay and enjoy the class together for 15€
