🌊The class includes initial aromatherapy, pranayama, and guided meditation with a small sound bath at the end.

🧚🏽‍♀️Meeting point is at Monumento A Jorge Guillen at this location 🌸 from there we will move to the sand 🌊

☯️We will practice a mix of hatha, yin and vinyasa flow of asanas.
