About us

Hello Coeur d'Alene Book Clubbers!

Let’s gather each month for great literature, fellowship, food & wine. This book club is open to anyone who loves to read or simply enjoys a thoughtful conversation in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

We’ll start with 30 minutes of casual mingling over wine and appetizers, followed by an hour of discussion centered on this month’s selected read. Attendees will also get to vote on the following month’s book choice.

How do we decide what we’re reading each month?
I’m so glad you asked… because you get to help choose!

When you RSVP for the book club, you’ll be invited to share a book recommendation for an upcoming read. From all the thoughtful suggestions, I’ll narrow the list down to three standout picks based on reviews, popularity, broad appeal, and genre variety.

At our monthly gathering, you’ll read a brief synopsis of each selection and cast your vote for what we’ll read next month. Choosing our books together keeps things fresh, avoids falling into a rut, and adds a little excitement to each meeting.

Our club also gets together sporadically for social events. Want to host one? Please reach out.

We’ve read all kinds of stories along the way, so be sure to take a peek at our past picks below!
