December Meeting

Let’s get together twice a month for good literature, food, and fellowship! This group is open to anyone who enjoys reading. The first 30 minutes we’ll mingle together over appetizers and wine. The following hour we’ll discuss a book of the group’s choosing that month. Open to all!

Our book for the month of December is 'When The Cranes Fly South' by Lisa Ridzen. (We'll be meeting only once this month as many people will be traveling around the holidays). At this meeting we'll discuss the entirety of the novel, its 320 pages.

Our local Coeur d' Alene book store, The Well Read Moose located in Riverstone (2048 N Main St) is a great place to pick up your novel! In the book club section of the store we have a sign there that says 'The Coeur d' Alene Book Club' and you'll find our monthly read there. If you let the book seller know at checkout it's on our book club list you'll receive a 20% discount.

Please bring an appetizer, dessert, or bottle of wine.

If the driveway fills there's plenty of parking along the street. Please park on the side of the street opposite the house, going uphill.

Please take your shoes off as you enter the house and leave on the grey welcome mat. Coats and purses can be hung in the reading nook.

For those with allergies- two friendly cats will be home.
