I’ve picked up my copy of The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton and am looking forward to reading and discussing it together at our next meeting at Starbucks - Pierce Street on January 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The Age of Innocence feels especially timely because it explores a perennial question:

What happens when a society values stability more than aliveness—and when we ourselves cooperate in our own diminishment?
