Coffee & Connection is a welcoming space for women 45+ who are looking to build new friendships and meaningful connections.

Life in midlife can bring many transitions. Sometimes friendships change, people move, life gets busy, or we simply realize we want deeper conversations and a stronger sense of community. This group is for women who are making a conscious effort to meet new people and create genuine friendships.
We’ll meet over coffee in a relaxed and friendly setting to talk, laugh, share stories, and get to know one another. There’s no pressure to be anyone other than yourself — just come as you are.
